Matt Stuart is an underground street photographer who is known
to have ‘eyes in the back of his head’; gives a very watchful presence in the
city of London, capturing unexpected evens without knowing. The work produced
inspires me in ways of understanding how a camera captures quick situations
unexpectedly. Stuart is fascinated by the lifestyle of people, the way they
live their lives in every day scenarios, the work that are captured shares a
meaning and a narrative to what is happening in the photo. As he continued his
carrier with photography, Stuart focused on the work he produced, helping him
capture better photos. Although Stuart does not write about his work he
produces, one can take a look and interpret it in its own ways. The photo above
taking the inspirations from Stuart’s influence made me feel very uncomfortable
when I capturing images in discreet manor.

I used the Canon 7D to shoot the image with an 18 – 200mm lens
and an aperture of F 3.5 with an ISO of 800. Stuart’s Image shows darkness at
night, which I decided to change my own into Black and white to brighten it up
and to show day light rather than night.
